1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://livegos.com.mx (hereinafter, “LIVEGOS,” “the Platform,” or “we”), the user (hereinafter, “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
LIVEGOS is a digital platform that acts as an intermediary in promoting, booking, and managing payments for various services offered by independent third-party providers, including, but not limited to: accommodations, tours, recreational activities, vehicle rentals, and boat rentals.
The Platform may also offer its own services under the same model, which will be properly identified.
The service contract is entered into directly between the User and the corresponding provider. LIVEGOS is not the final provider of third-party services and assumes no direct responsibility for the execution of such services.
3. Payment Process and Commissions
The User will make payment for the service directly through LIVEGOS, which acts as an intermediary in payment processing.
LIVEGOS will:

Retain a commission previously agreed upon with the provider.

Transfer the remaining amount to the corresponding provider.
Any payment or transaction made outside the LIVEGOS Platform is the sole responsibility of the parties involved, and LIVEGOS assumes no liability, obligation, or commitment arising from such external transactions.
For services offered directly by LIVEGOS, the payment will be treated as a direct transaction with the Platform.
4. Responsibility of Providers
Each provider is solely responsible for the quality, safety, legal compliance, permits, and effective delivery of the services they offer through the Platform.
LIVEGOS does not guarantee or endorse the quality or legality of services offered by providers; however, LIVEGOS makes reasonable efforts to verify that providers comply with applicable regulations and have the necessary permits to operate.
Any claims related to service execution should be directed to the corresponding provider using the contact information provided on the Platform.
5. Responsibility of LIVEGOS
LIVEGOS shall not be responsible for:

Damages or losses arising from the execution or non-execution of services offered by providers.

Accidents, losses, or claims resulting from the use of contracted services.
LIVEGOS will act as an intermediary to facilitate dispute management between the User and the provider to the extent possible, without assuming legal responsibility for the final service delivery.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions will be specified for each listed service.
Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellation requests must be processed through LIVEGOS to coordinate any refunds (if applicable).

Commissions retained by LIVEGOS may not be refundable.

LIVEGOS reserves the right to deduct commissions or administrative fees in the event of cancellations.
7. Personal Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (LIVEGOS brand, text, images, design, software, logos) is the property of LIVEGOS or its respective owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Modifications
LIVEGOS may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where LIVEGOS is headquartered, Cozumel, Quintana Roo.
